All meditations will be approx. 30mins long

2 meditations will be mantra meditations with affirmations included. 

1 meditation will be a guided soul journey meditation. 

**Important** you'll need to subscribe to our email list to receive the email with your meditations from me.  Once you have received your meditations - you are free to unsubscribe, however we'd love to have you stay :) 

Once I've received your purchase, I'll send you an email with a couple short questions to answer so I can create some beautiful meditations for you :)
