Living with More Joy! 

Hey there - I'm Lisa :) 

I'm a mom of 3 plus a bonus daughter, and my eldest two (twin girls) have just left for university, so I find myself with more time on my hands than I have in decades. 

It's no coincidence this course is launching now :) I've had this course on my heart for ages now, so I am glad it has finally come together! 

Motherhood and juggling all the things that entails, plus owning a small business, and creating an intentional romantic partnership after divorce, has more than filled my every waking minute these past two decades! 

And for different phases, I was burnt out, exhausted, pulled in way too many directions, struggled with boundaries and simply lost focus at times of where the Joy was in it all at times. 

This is the daily prompt I wish I had back then! The tools, perspective and strategies within Playing with Joy, I routinely use within my daily life - as a way to continually return to Joy, over and over again - cause life is definitely never a one and done type of thing!

I am a certified meditation teacher and life coach. Currently, in training as a priestess and breathwork facilitator - cause learning is in my Joy!

I have taken all of these skills and experiences, to create Playing with Joy, as a simple 'dip your toe in' type of experience.
