48. Happiness Habit #14 - Body moving?

This summer I'm bringing back the Happiness Habit Series - these episodes are shorter tidbits of goodness, small/simple ways you can improve your general happiness and life satisfaction/fulfillment today :) If you want to go back and listen to last summer's series, they are Episodes 18 through 28.

This episode is all about your body - how are you moving it? Are you moving it enough?

I have been intentionally moving my body a lot more than the past year or two and it feels great - it has given me such a boost in my energy levels and outlook on life all the way around!

If you find yourself with minor, mini issues with your health or just a bit of a blah mindset - I encourage you to play around with exercise and moving your body in any way that is joyful for you! You might just be surprised at what an improvement it brings into all areas of your life :)
