62. How to Maintain Gratitude when things are Tough
Gratitude is a foundational practice. I mindset that helps us overcome and thrive and grow through hard phases in life. And gratitude make our easier years even more rich and joy filled.

Having faith is also keep to maintain gratitude within your life. Trusting and knowing that life is cyclical - that the good times will come round again - allows you more room for growth and evolution through the harder phases.
And finally, who do you surround yourself with? Do they life you up? Or are they energy sucks? People in your life influence you - so be sure you are positively influenced, cause you'll need people who can keep you on your path when you may temporarily loose faith or gratitude.
