If you are wondering how to make the biggest change in your life with the least effort - this one is for you :)  10mins or 30 mins a day would be incredible, the only requirement is to be by yourself - read something inspiring, meditate, pull cards, light a candle for sure!  This is a fantastic way to start getting deeper into what your soul wants to express in this world - and to generally hear your intuition more clearly than in the midst of daily activities.  Plus, who doesn't love starting their day off on the right foot? :)
